Magnet Monster was approached by LampTwist, one of Europe's biggest online retailers for designer lighting to help design and implement a campaign strategy to maximise sales over the Black Friday/Cyber Monday and holiday period. After being impressed with our initial email automation setup for their store, we devised a plan to maximise sales and overall profitability during this frenetic period.
Being a Belgian company selling across Europe, we had to craft campaigns in English, French and Dutch to appeal to all audiences!

We created a strategy designed to engage customers each day over a two week period. Starting with an introduction from the CEO and followed up with notifications of the brands running limited time offers throughout the duration of the period. Customers were conditioned to check their inbox each day during what is usually the most congested period of the holidays.
Cyber Monday provided another opportunity to squeak out some remaining sales from our audience with an exclusive offer over the day.
Transitioning into the Christmas period, we focused more on gift-giving and scaled back on the discounts to our audience to preserve margin but maintain interest in shopping online.
Taking advantage of key dates in the calendar is a great way to re-engage your audience and keep them interested in your brand. That’s exactly what we did with these Singles Day campaigns.
