Renova Worldwide's aim is to revolutionise nutritional supplementation with their Direct-to-Cell™ technology and research-backed micronutrient formulas. Addressing widespread nutrient deficiencies, Renova's email and SMS strategy combined educational outreach and customer testimonials to showcase the benefits of their products, particularly the Lightning™ line.

The Magnet Monster team was tasked to build their email and SMS program from the ground up, before transitioning to supporting them with ongoing campaign management around new product launches, subscription program benefits and educational messaging.
