PROJECT OVERVIEW

Loyalty Lion is the leading loyalty program software in the Shopify ecosystem. We helped Spotlight Oral Care design and implement their loyalty program, as well as integrate it into Klaviyo to create a fully immersive CRM system.

To execute the project, our team worked alongside Spotlight Oral Care's retention and customer experience team to design a strategy that leveraged the most effective touchpoints and reminders that the loyalty program has available from Loyalty Lion. This then triggered automations (flows) in Klaviyo, which were used to notify customers of their points balance, rewards available, as well as incentivise referrals to improve acquisition into the business.
